Mr. Bradford L. McIntyre appeals from a September 4, 1998 final decision, Docket No. DC-0752-98-0111-I-1, of the Merit Systems Protection Board ("Board") upholding his removal from the position of private with the United States Park Service Police. The Department of Interior ("Department") removed Mr. McIntyre based on multiple charges, including the misuse of his issued weapon by pointing it at a fellow officer and gross misconduct by threatening a fellow officer with his weapon. We affirm.
